What we collect

• Newsletter signups — your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter or join a course founding list. Email signups are processed by Kit (formerly ConvertKit), our email provider.
• Service requests — the contact details, company, server scope, technical notes, authorization confirmation, and campaign attribution you submit. These are kept in private service records so we can review and fulfill the request. Do not submit passwords, private keys, tokens, or customer data.
• Usage analytics — we use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited. This may set cookies in your browser.
• Anything you email us — if you write to sean@talbot.tech, we keep the correspondence.

What we do with it

• Send you the emails you signed up for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• Review service requests, contact you about scope and availability, and keep a record of agreed work and payment.
• Understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.

Payments

Stripe processes course and service payments. We keep payment references and status to match payments to the relevant enrollment or service request. We do not receive or store your full card details.

Your choices

Unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email. To have your data deleted or to ask a question about this policy, email sean@talbot.tech and we'll handle it promptly.
