What I’m trying to build
I’m using consulting revenue to fund software products and new businesses. I’m developing shared software and AI agents to help manage them, and writing about what happens.
The target is $1 billion in enterprise value.

This is how I currently expect the businesses to develop. I’ll write about each stage as I reach it and revise the plan based on the results.
